How can we help?

Email service@safrourow.com. For product questions, include the product name and what you would like to know. For order questions, include your order number and the email used at checkout. Please do not send payment card details or passwords.

Order changes

If you need an address correction or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. A request is confirmed only when we respond, and changes may no longer be possible once processing or dispatch has progressed.

Shipping support

Preparation and carrier transport are separate. Please see our Shipping Policy for the planning windows and contact us if an order passes its expected window or tracking needs investigation.

Returns and item problems

Email before sending a return. Include your order number, the item and reason for your request. For a damaged or incorrect item, photographs of the item and packaging can help us investigate. The company address below is the default return address; wait for return instructions before posting.

Privacy and accessibility

For privacy requests, use the subject “Privacy request.” For a website access problem, describe the page and the difficulty you encountered. We will review the request and provide an appropriate way to continue.
